YOGURT PARFAIT

 

INGREDIENTS : 

Greek Yoghurt (plain) – 3 tbsp

Granola – ¼ cup

Dried Blueberries – 2 tsp

 

INSTRUCTIONS : 

In a standard mason jar layer:

Layer each ingredient as per taste and repeat these layers again as desired

Top with 1 tsp of the Greek yoghurt, a few dried berries, 1 tsp honey, and a banana sliced.
