Ch-Ch-Ch- Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS : 

Chia Seeds – ¾ cups

Almond Milk (plain or flavored) – 3 cups

Honey – 1 tsp (use if you are using plain almond milk)

 

INSTRUCTIONS : 

Whisk ingredients together in a bowl.

Let stand for 5 minutes and whisk again to avoid clumping.

Place in container (mason jars).

Add toppings.

 

TOPPING SUGGESTIONS : (Choose your favorites):

Fresh Fruit – Berries, Bananas, etc

Sliced Nuts – Almonds, Pistachio,

Seeds – Pumpkin, Poppy, Flax, etc

Granola

Dried or toasted coconut

Dried Fruit

 

*** This makes one large batch I split it up into 3-4 mason jars.
