INGREDIENTS : 

Beets – 1 large

Cucumber – 1 & 1/2  

Ginger Root – 1 large piece (about ½ cup)

Turmeric Root – 1 small piece (1 tbsp)

Apple – 1

Orange – 1

Carrot – 2

Mint – ¼ cup

Rutabega – 1/2 cup

 

INSTRUCTIONS : 

Cut fruits & vegetables in small segments (to fit into your juicer)

Put fruits & vegetables through a juicer.

Stir until completely consistent. 

Portion and pour mason jars or service immediately

*** Can also be poured into popsicle molds for a healthy summer treat.

*** Excellent as a quick breakfast or a quick on the go afternoon pick me up.
